Hancock Environmental provides professional seed and mulch services across the United States, backed by expert seed knowledge and proven experience in site stabilization for a wide range of soil types and site conditions.

Our seed and mulch process is designed to deliver effective vegetation establishment and erosion control. Following proper grading and soil preparation, site-specific seed and fertilizer are applied using broadcasting or drilling methods to ensure optimal coverage.

An even layer of straw or grass hay mulch is applied to protect the seed during the critical germination period. This protective mulch helps retain soil moisture, shield seeds from birds, wind and rainfall, and reduce surface erosion. The hay is then crimped into the soil to secure it in place, supporting healthy, consistent, and long-lasting vegetation establishment.
