Mowing

Hancock Environmental Seeding, Inc. shall provide routine site maintenance services consisting of mowing and herbicide applications to control vegetation and weeds in accordance with project specifications and applicable regulations.  

Mowing shall be performed at required intervals to maintain vegetation at specified heights using commercial equipment, while minimizing damage to established vegetation and site features. Herbicide applications shall be completed by licensed applicators and performed in compliance with manufacturer label requirements and all federal, state, and local regulations. Applications may include spot or broadcast treatments as dictated by site conditions.  

All work shall be conducted to promote healthy vegetation, control invasive species, maintain site accessibility, and support long-term compliance.
